Application Timeline

Grammar School (K–6th) January 5 – August 1 Applications submitted in January are processed beginning in February.
Upper School (7th–12th) January 5 – September 30 Applications submitted in January are processed beginning in February.

Admission Requirements

All Applicants
  • $150 non-refundable application fee (upon request when space is available)
  • Previous school records (current year plus two prior years)
  • Immunization records
  • Three non-family references (names and email addresses)
  • Placement Evaluation
  • Parent/Family interview
Upper School Applicants (also required)
  • A writing sample
  • Achievement test scores (if available)

Submit an Application

All applications are submitted online through the FACTS Family Portal.

  • Create an account via FACTS
  • Complete the New Student Application for each student
  • Applications are considered as space permits
  • If space becomes available, families will be contacted to submit the application fee and proceed

Acceptance & Enrollment

Families will be notified by email or phone regarding acceptance decisions.

Upper School (7th–12th)

Includes High School Retreat and Junior Trip costs (excluding travel deposits).

Incidental fees vary by grade level and activity and will be charged intermittently throughout the year.

Payment Calendar & Billing Information

All Tuition & Fees, including payment in full, will be processed through the FACTS Management Co.

  • April Tuition Payment-in-Full or First Monthly Tuition Payment drafted
  • July–March Remaining Nine Monthly Tuition Payments drafted
