Parents and teachers work together to cultivate a love of learning and a deepening understanding of Christ. Students grow within a rhythm of classroom instruction and home days, where learning continues under parental guidance.

Ownership & Leadership
As students mature, the culture shifts toward ownership and leadership. Students are expected to take increasing responsibility for their academic work, relationships, and character.
Round Table Groups
All 7th–10th grade students
Students are placed in Round Table groups led by adult sponsors and upperclassmen leaders.

Round Table groups meet throughout the year for lunches, Bible studies, activities, and special events — intentionally designed to build unity and eliminate class cliques.
High School Retreat
Each September · Texas Hill Country
Upper School students attend a week-long retreat focused on forming relationships and community.

Weekly Assembly

Weekly Assembly gathers the Upper School student body for worship, announcements, performances, and community-building activities.

An expectation, not an option
Students participate in campus cleanup and are encouraged to serve the school and broader community.

Discovering Greatness & Knight Night
Junior-year program
A focused program on servant leadership, etiquette, and personal responsibility.
