Round Table Groups

"RT" or Round-Table Groups are designed to foster fellowship, encouragement, accountability and mentoring between the students at MCA. All students are assigned to a R.T. Group which consists of an adult sponsor, two senior/junior leaders, and a group of equally distributed 7th -10th graders. During the year, the leaders meet with their RT Groups to go to lunch, have movie nights, Bible studies, and other group activities. The goal of these groups is to make new friends, promote servanthood and mentorship in our older students. RT Groups are designed to be inclusive of all students and seek to break down traditional class cliques.
